Dearest friends and allies of the Earth,
We have been gratified by the outpouring of support for the Call of the Condor: Vision Council for Bioregional Action to be held in Qosqo, Peru from Sept 22 to 29, 2003. www.lacararvana.org/condor
Happily we have confirmed the presence of many shining stars from the Ecovillage, Bioregional, 13 Moon Calendar, Spirituality, Indigenous and Permaculture movements. Among them: Jose Arguelles, Albert Bates, Lucilla Borrio, Axel Rudin, David Haenke, Beatrice Briggs, Miyo, Don Vidal Ayalla, Agustin Guzman, and many others.

All of the pages related to travel logistics have been updated--to help you get to Peru, to the Gathering, and make the most of your time in this magical land. See "How to Get There", "Where to Stay", "Tours" and "Equinox Celebration."
Registrations now number over 300 and more are coming in daily.
We have online registration and payment as well as representatives in 20 countries all over the world. Within a few days after registering participants receive initial confirmation, and once payment is received, a final confirmation notice with codes to qualify for travel discounts.
NOTE: There is a deadline of August 15 for intermediate discounts on registration and payment for the Vision Council. After Aug 15 all participants will need to pay full price. The deadline for payment for the discounted price for the Equinox Celebration at Machu Picchu (Sept 20-21) is August 31.
The Caravana just arrived to Lima and will be off to Qosqo next week. The first group of volunteers (Bioregionalists from Mexico) arrive on Sunday. Many preparations have been made and there is more to be done....
We have had great support here in Peru and count Aerocontinente, Peru Rail, the Ministry of Tourism, the National Institute of Culture, the Municipalities of Cusco and Machu Picchu as well as several Universities among our major sponsors..
The energy is really building now, and the wings are beginning to flutter....
